Would somebody please tell me why I'm still using a blogger blog to ftp post my blog posts to my silly blog posty thingy? Honestly. Any ideas? Thanks. And blessings.

Blogs

I seem to have lost a great deal of my desire to actually "blog." This doesn't, however, mean that I'm not writing. On the contrary, I'm writing more right now than I have in several years. Working on a bit biography project, a few kids' book ideas, wondering about short fiction again, digging through some new dog stuff (Border Collies supply a person with an entirely different sort of material, it seems), twittering (of course) between blasts of longer things, and just generally being glad that the "genius" appears to be happily supplying me with some fodder.

So. Hey, the eggs are done (hard boiled). I've got to go run cold water over them. While I do that, why don't you tell me what you've been up to lately?

I'm hating me some blogger.com because it's not ftping my posts to my site, so the last few updates have not come up on my site, and once I post this postage it will likely come up and make said postage invalid. Damn. But this moment? Hating me some blogger.com.

How I'm Preparing for WordPress 2.3

I'm either doing nothing at all or:

1. I'm waiting until the release of 2.3 to upgrade my ridiculously messy Blogger Blog to WordPress. So this entry is in Blogger style. But soon and very soon I hope to be WordPressing like 300 lbs or more.
2. Watching my kids play soccer and thinking not for a second about blogs and/or CSS and/or HTML and/or anything else blogging related whilst on the soccer pitch.
3. Making a list of ways I'm preparing for WordPress 2.3 even though I'm not really preparing anything. Except maybe lunch, because the bubs will be hungry in moments.
4. I'm hungry too.
5. But maybe I need a nap more than a lunch.
6. Coffee. What I actually need to prepare is a double 12 oz latte. I wish we had some whole milk in the house.
