Apparently You Are a Dog Cites a Steaming Hot Romance

Apparently You Are a Dog Cites a Steaming Hot Romance by Terry Bain. I had no idea. I've never read the book. And, of course, make no mention of it in You Are a Dog. But Amazon.com says I did, so it must be so. And I'm happy to say so too, especially given the following from Publisher's Weekly on the supposed citation: "Full of historical detail, political intrigue and lots of steamy, enthusiastic sex." Well, you have to love that, don't you?

Oh. Here's the book I supposedly cite: Until You.

So, I'm kind of tempted to order "Until You" just to have a peak and see what all the fuss is about.

And you know, if I cited the book, it's got to be good.

Or, at least, kinda funny.

Or, you know, at the very least, easy to read.

I should probably also note that I am not intending to slam the romance novel industrial war complex in any way, especially given that my agent represents far more romance novelists than dog-humor writers, and likely makes the bulk of her income from them, and anybody making that much money writing gets my full attention and respect, even if I don't respect them so much in the morning (whatever that means). So don't take it as slamming or slammish complaining, please. It's just what it is. Amusing. Etc. Okay? Okay.

Blessings and amusements.

Terry
