Libby by Star Cat. Libby is such a sweet, quiet little lady kitty. She came to our shelter with her brood of kittens. All of her kittens found homes and she's still looking! Libby is a surrogate mommy to other kitties at the shelter. She has such a warm and loving spirit. She is available for adoption at our no-kill animal shelter located in Central PA.
