Howie by Judithsviews. Howie is a baby - just got him from the shelter. He was turned in to the shelter because the people who had him would not pay the fine for letting him run loose.

Goodness. And badness. Look at this gorgeous pointer pup. Needs a home. And that's just plain odd that he would.

It is not a bad thing to keep your dog under control. Your dog will love you. And you might get to keep him.
