One Red Paperclip = One House = One Book Deal = One Movie Deal = Oh Who Cares Anymore

See, I knew it took something other than talent and practice and contacts and a winning smile to make it in today's hustle-bustle world of interweb wack-i-hood.

Guy who traded paper-clip for a house lands movie deal: Kyle MacDonald has enjoyed more than his 15 minutes of fame as the Canadian Internet blogger bartering a red paper-clip for a house in Kipling, Sask.He's now successfully parlayed his adventure into a book deal with Random House and a movie deal with DreamWorks.

Lord only knows what this means for you and I. Likely very little. Except another very bad movie approximately two summers from now that theaters will expect us to shell out eleven bucks or so to see. Ugh. Bless Mr. MacDonald, honestly, but stop... now... please.
