Henry Mancini Binge

Could somebody please tell me why Henry Mancini is classified as “New Age” in the iTunes Store? It makes no sense whatsoever. However. I'm on a Henry Mancini binge. So much really good music... and a lot of it familiar (if you've been to the movies in the last fifty years or so). A fun binge to be on.
