I just spent the morning at the doctor's office. And when I say “I just spent the morning at the doctor's office,” I mean I just spent the whole freaking morning at the doctor's office.
Mostly waiting, but also checking meds and whatnot.
Why waiting? Because my doctor had a horse die this morning (partially... also, she's always late... always). That's a pretty good excuse, as far as excuses go (the horse, not the “always late” business). And now she's closing her practice. So I either need to move back to Group Health or suck it up and find a new doctor (after over ten years with this one).
I do not suffer the doctor search gladly.
I will have to consider carefully.
