Gina Spadafori wonders “what are the minimums?” when it comes to pet care (er, cats and dogs anyway), and though I think her minimums are tad high for the average pet owner, I tend to believe that if you can get a few people to move a few inches closer to decent care for their animals, then you're probably doing good work.
What about you? What do you consider the minimum of care for a pet? And remember, I'm not talking about legislated care, but moral care... compassionate care. What do you do for your animals that you consider essential?
