If you show the babysitter how to use the thermostat, and tell her that if she gets a little chilly, she's welcome to turn it up, do not be surprised... nay, you may come to expect... that when thou returnest home, the thermostat may be set to 82 degrees. Such as, "You are welcome to turn the heat up, but please make sure it is not up so far that the plastic houseplants begin to wilt." Bless her. It's still warm in here, almost two hours later.
