High in the Clouds

High in the Clouds
by Paul McCartney, Geoff Dunbar, Philip Ardagh

I'm sort of fascinated by the impulse for obscenely famous people to “write a children's book...” It seems to be happening more and more often. Maybe it's the implied simplicity of the text (though there is nothing simple about the best children's books), or that these folks are truly just bored and want to expand their creativity. I don't know. If I were a grad student, I would be tempted to write my thesis on the topic. Since I'm not in grad school, maybe I'll just make snarky comments that are obviously fueled by jealousy. Good idea, yes?
