Lindt Releases Noirissme, a Chocolate “Everclear”

Chocolate Therapy: Dare to Discover Your Inner Center!
by Murray Langham

Um, like this:
Lindt Releases Noirissme - Slashfood: This week, Lindt debuted its 99% cacao-solid chocolate bar, Noirissme. To ensure that eaters properly experience the bar, it comes with a test of “tasting instructions”, which prepare the taster for five distinct taste sensations, beginning with acidity, astringency and ending with fruitiness.
Like many, even the 85% Lindt chocolate bars are a bit too much for me, but if I can get my hands on one of thse, I will of course try it. I'm having trouble imagining it would be much different than accidently discovering the baking chocolate as a kid. Remember that? Oh, shudders. It always took a few seconds before I realized there was no sugar in that stuff. Shudder again. Makes me think that if you're going to try it, you ought to designate a driver. Slashfood
