Twenty Questions
My kids love the twenty questions game. You know, Number One starts off with something on his mind, and I ask, "Is it a Person?" "No." "Is it a place?" "No." "Is it a thing?" "No." Actually, that's Number Two. She seems to arrive at what she's thinking of somewhere down the line. Just about the time you ask, actually. "Is it my shirt?" Pause. Thinking. Tired of the questions. "Yes!" A few months ago I ran across the 20Q.net site, that essentially simulates the game online. (Actually, I ran across the site because I saw the 20Q ball in a toy store, and it was creepy how accurate the thing was. This could provide too many hours of entertainment for me... I have been accused of being easily entertained.) In any case, I ended up at the 20q.net site, and it's also a little creepy how accurate it is. Sometimes it's able get to what you're thinking of without seeming to ask the right questions at all. Go see for yourself, and report back here if you were able to beat it.
