Axis of Blogs (contains no direct links to blogs... sorry)
It occurs to me that there should be an axis of all the chatter about blogs minus all the blog chatter about blogs (that is, no direct links to blogs... of course, there may be indirect links, but you know what I mean). I won't go back in time to locate anything, but I'll post a few now, and update as I like.
USATODAY.com / Once blogs 'change everything,' fascination with them will chill (this is the news story that got me started on this topic... I happen to think it's a little big wrong, but nevermind) Google News / blog (I won't post a bunch of search engine news sources... just Google, which I prefer) Google News / Weblog (does anybody still use the term "weblog"?) The Weblog Handbook: Practical Advice on Creating and Maintaining Your Blog by Rebecca Blood (haven't read it, but I couldn't resist using the word "Blood" in this post if for no other reason than it could make for a few good Google hits) flickr tag / blog (we love the flickr) flickr tag / weblog (more flickr love) Who Let the Blogs Out?: A Hyperconnected Peek at the World of Weblogs by Biz Stone (I haven't read his book, but Biz Stone's blog is always lovely... and he works for blogger.com/google.com... must. not. link. blog.) Blogging: Genius Strategies for Instant Web Content by Biz Stone (more from Biz "Genius" Stone) About Technorati (seriously blogerrific) blogsnow (blog meme thingamabot) Blog: Understanding the Information Reformation That's Changing Your World by Hugh Hewitt (when I start reading books about blogs, then I know I will be in trouble, but there sure seem to be a lot of them) del.icio.us/blog (yum) del.icio.us/weblog (more yum) blogebrity.com (maybe a real magazine, or maybe just more blog chatter, with a list... )That's enough for now. If you have any suggestions, I'd be happy to hear about them terry@bainbooks.com. Technorati Tags: blog, axis, weblog, news, links, link, blogebrity, technorati, amazon, BizStone
